About The Event
MIDA Members-Only Tour
Join us on an industry professional tour of the L.L.Bean Flagship Renovation, a $50M phased renovation of Maine’s second‑most visited destination. The project includes a new primary entrance at Discovery Park, expanded public green space, and a 155,000 SF interior renovation with a mass timber (CLT and glulam) addition integrated into an active 24/7 retail environment. Led by Zachau and WBRC.
